About the coach

Coach McGuire

Coach McGuire coaches these sessions the same way he coaches on Saturdays: film-informed, repetition-heavy, and built around the habits that actually show up in a game.

He's currently the Offensive & Recruiting Coordinator at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where the offense set an all-time program EMO record on the way to the 2026 ASUN regular season title. Before Air Force, he spent three seasons on staff at the University of Richmond, helping build an offense that set single-season program records for goals and total points, and four seasons at the University of Lynchburg, where his units posted the highest team shooting percentage in NCAA DIII and a program-record assist total.

Across three programs, he's helped coach 12 USILA All-Americans and been part of five conference championships. These weekly sessions bring that same level of coaching — the reps, the reads, the accountability — to Colorado Springs.
